TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We do our best very best in getting your order completed within 24 hours. Once you have placed an order, please e-mail us the relevant script/details. If in the unlikely circumstance that a project may take longer to produce than expected, we will let you know. We strive on quality and won't rush production.

2. All our products are copyright free, so your free to use where-ever, when-ever. If we purchase musical pieces from an affiliate company, we will 'buy-out' the rights so there will not be any issue of copyright involved what so ever. The use of our products in any profitable/financial gain is strictly prohibited. For example, sampling any of our products and selling it on. The use of the product is for the purchaser or his/her organisation only.

3. Finished packages will either be sent to you on CD (next day delivery if the package is completed before 4PM) mp3 or WAV via e-mail, or a link where you can download from (if the size is too large for e-mail transfer). All finished products are at CD Quality, BROADCAST Standard - ready to use.

4. If you send us a cheque to place an order, we will begin production straight away. We will however, not be able to send you your ordered package until the cheque has cleared. Which may take up to 5 working days.

5. If during the production process, you decide to change the script/arrangement etc, we will charge a re-production fee. Though, if the alteration is minor, a fee will not be apllicable.
